Customers can cancel orders within 2 hours of placing them.
To cancel, please contact support@greenbaskets.co.in with your Order ID.
Orders that are already processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:
Product unavailability
Pricing or technical errors
Suspicious or fraudulent activity
In such cases, customers will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
Orders already dispatched or delivered.
Orders with customized or special packaging.
