Green Baskets is an online platform offering premium dry fruits, nuts, dried fruits, and mixed packs for purchase within India.

We reserve the right to refuse service if information provided is false or misleading.
Users may be required to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Green Baskets is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.
All orders placed through the Platform are subject to acceptance and availability.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed before order processing.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and unforeseen circumstances.
Green Baskets is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or external factors.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
We strive to display product images and descriptions accurately.
Actual product packaging may vary slightly from images shown.
Nutritional values are approximate and for informational purposes only.
All content on the Platform, including logos, images, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Green Baskets and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Users agree not to:

Distribute harmful software or engage in fraudulent activities

Green Baskets shall not be liable for:
