Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
To request cancellation, email us at support@greenbaskets.co.in with your Order ID.
Green Baskets reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Due to the perishable nature of dry fruits and food products, we accept returns only in the following cases:
Damaged product
Incorrect product delivered
Expired product
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:
Order ID
Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
We do not accept refunds for:
Change of mind
Taste preferences
Minor packaging variations
Products not stored properly after delivery
